The Lexington Veterans Affairs Healthcare System requires an upgrade to the robotic prescription dispensing system, which includes the ScriptPro® SP200 and CRS, consisting of the robotic dispensing system, robotic line, data terminals, notice board, server, and printers. The SP200 system components are aged and in need of replacement. Additionally, in order to meet VA security requirements, the system infrastructure needs to be updated to a supported operating system, and any related components need to be upgraded or replaced to ensure compatibility. An approved Justification for Other Than Open Competition (JOFOC) was created in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only one source is capable of providing the supplies and/or services required at the level of quality required, because the supplies and/or services are unique or highly specialized.
