This project includes the renovation of 2,873 GSF on the 3rd floor of Building 1A, Ambulatory Surgery Anesthesia Prep at the Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Memphis, TN. The existing offices, staff lockers, and toilet rooms will be demolished and reconfigured to 9 pre- anesthesia patient bays, which includes 2 isolation patient bays, and the required support spaces for pre- anesthesia care. A new mechanical exhaust shaft to the roof and sanitary piping in the second-floor ceiling will be provided. NAICS code 236220 is applicable to this requirement. The small business size standard is $39.5M. The product service code is Z1DB.
