Potential offerors shall thoroughly and completely read all documents in the solicitation package accompanying RLP 36C24919R0182. Offers are due Tuesday, March 17, 2020 3:00 pm CST. Question Submission regarding RLP 36C24919R0182 shall be submitted via email only to the Lease Contracting Officer (LCO) no later than Friday February 28, 2020, 3:00 pm CST. No questions or requests for clarification will be accepted via phone. The LCO will issue an amendment to the RLP no later than Monday, March 9, 2020, 3:30 pm CST addressing all questions. With respect to all matters relating to the lease acquisition for the subject project, only the LCO shall have the authority to issue and amend the RLP and award a Lease.
