The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) desires to lease sufficient Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of existing real property to yield up to approximately 25,000 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Office Area (ABOA) square feet of contiguous space for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) within Jefferson County in Louisville, KY. A minimum of 130 on-site parking spaces is required. The Department of Veterans Affairs will only consider existing space of sound and substantial construction with the ability to meet all current federal, state, and local government building codes and regulations including, but not limited to, fire and life safety, accessibility, sustainability, zoning, and OSHA standards per the terms of the Lease. Â A fully serviced firm-fixed priced lease term up to 20 years will be considered. ONLY EXISTING SPACE WITHIN OR FRONTING ON THE FOLLOWING BOUNDARIES IN LOUISVILLE, KY WILL BE CONSIDERED: North: Gibson Lane, Algonquin Parkway/Eastern Parkway South:Â I-265/Gene Snyder Freeway East:Â Â Â I-65 West: Â Ohio River Potential offerors shall thoroughly and completely read all documents in the solicitation package accompanying RLP 36C24919R0089. Offers are due June 29, 2020, 3:00 pm Central Time. Question Submission regarding RLP 36C24919R0089 shall be submitted via email only to the Lease Contracting Officer (LCO) no later than June 15, 2020, 3:00 pm Central Time. No questions or requests for clarification will be accepted via phone. The LCO will issue an amendment to the RLP no later than June 22, 2020, 3:00pm Central Time addressing all questions. If no questions are received, no amendment will be issued. With respect to all matters relating to the lease acquisition for the subject project, only the LCO shall have the authority to issue and amend the RLP and award a Lease.
