Network Contracting Office 9 (NCO-9) is issuing this notice for the purposes of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and capabilities to provide Axumin (Fluciclovine F18) in a unit dose form for PET/CT supplies and services to the Robley Rex Veterans Affairs Medical Center (Robley Rex VAMC), Louisville, KY, as specified in the accompanying Statement of Work. Interested vendors possessing the capability to provide the above items SHALL provide a letter from the manufacturer verifying their company s status as an authorized distributor/licenser of the manufactured products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter for the above items shall result in an overall determination of technically unacceptable, based on risks associated with the potential submission of gray market items. IF A SOLICITATION IS SUBSEQUENTLY RELEASED, IT WILL BE SOLICITED IN ITS ENTIRETY THROUGH THE FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES (FBO) ACQUISITION PORTAL AT https://www.fbo.gov/. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO MONITOR FBO FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THIS REQUIREMENT. ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is NAICS 325412 Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code is 6525 Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES All responsible sources may submit a capability statement that clearly and convincingly identifies their capability to fulfill the requirements. Capability statements shall be limited to no more than ten (10) pages (including the cover sheet, table of contents, etc.) Detailed capabilities must be submitted by email to Mr. Darrin Nicholson (darrin.nicholson@va.gov) in an electronic format that is compatible with Word 2013, no later than 3:00 pm Eastern, -- 09 Aug 2019. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining the potential for a competitive set-aside.
