Are you asking for two (2) separate identical automation systems that have both Chemistry and Microscopic automation? Clarifying as the lab has just one (1) automation instrument today with a backup Chemistry ONLY automation system. Yes, 2 full systems. 2. Secondly, for columns PRICE & EXT PRICE, I will be providing a CPR Rate for both Chemistry tests and Microscopic tests; would you like me to include the monthly price (CPR Rate x Tests/month) in the PRICE column and Annual price (monthly price x 12 months) in the EXT PRICE column? Monthly is fine 3. Lastly, we only invoices you on your reported test counts which the lab provides Sysmex every month. We do not bill you for any other testing on the system; control runs, repeats, reflex testing, etc. I am going to strike the below language from CLIN 0002 on our price schedule as it does not reflect our invoicing practices or pricing proposal. Is that understood and alright with the contracting office or do you prefer I handle it differently? We are only billed for patient testing. No control runs, repaets, reflex testing, etc.
