The VA NCO 8 Orlando Contracting Team is conducting sources-sought market research for a turnkey replacement of the existing hospital garment conveyor system at the Orlando VA Medical Center, including removal, disposal, repair/restoration, and new installation. The standalone system must fit the existing two-level space without structural modifications, store at least 2,200 garments, include forward/reverse controls and safety interlocks, and provide local inventory management/reporting without hospital network, internet, cloud, or external database dependency. Contractor scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, a dedicated desktop computer, testing/commissioning, on-site training, operating/maintenance/software documentation, and preventive maintenance procedures. A minimum one-year manufacturer warranty from Government acceptance is required, covering parts, labor, travel, technical support, software corrections, and normal-business-hours service support. The applicable NAICS is 333922 with a 500-employee size standard, and interested businesses must demonstrate capability to provide the required conveyor and inventory-management solution.
