6515--Wechsler Memory Scale
The VA NCO 8 Orlando Contracting Team is conducting market research via a sources-sought notice to identify qualified contractors capable of providing a Wechsler Memory Scale for the Orlando VA Medical Center; this is not a solicitation or RFQ and does not obligate the government or reimburse response costs. Interested businesses should provide a capability statement of no more than five pages demonstrating ability to manufacture or provide the required WMS-5 or equivalent scope/scale, including company information, employee count, socioeconomic status, and CAGE/SAM UEI. The requirement is for the WMS-5 comprehensive adult memory assessment for ages 16–90, with updated normative data, Standard/Short/Alternate forms, expanded clinical indices, paper-based scoring, and paper/digital administration and scoring options. It must measure auditory, visual, immediate, delayed, and visual working memory; provide standardized index scores and age-based norms; support clinical/neuropsychological use; and be compatible with contemporary WAIS instruments for intelligence-memory comparison. The applicable NAICS is 334515 with a 1,000-employee size standard, SDVOSB/VOSB respondents must demonstrate ability to provide a small-business-manufactured product, and responses go to Contract Specialist Carl Myers at Carl.myers3@va.gov.
