The VA is conducting market research to identify authorized sources capable of providing the ForeSite SS Tablet Pressure Mapping System from ForeSite Medical, or through an authorized distributor/reseller, for clinical pressure assessment and treatment. The required system must include the tablet platform and associated manufacturer-provided components—such as sensors, sensor packs, chargers, software licenses, cables, accessories, documentation, and carrying/storage items—and must support real-time pressure analysis and visualization, patient data storage and reporting, wireless and wired connectivity, and portable battery operation; it must be new and covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Interested respondents should provide company and contact details, UEI, business size and socioeconomic status, documentation of authorization to distribute or resell the product, estimated delivery lead time, and confirmation that the product will be new and warranty-covered.
