Anticipated services include semiannual preventive maintenance, unscheduled repairs, OEM parts, software licensing and updates, technical support, documentation, and restoration to manufacturer specifications. Performance requirements include two-hour telephone response, 48-hour on-site response, at least 97% system uptime during normal working hours, factory-trained technicians, and repair parts availability within 24 hours, with services expected to be performed without subcontracting unless alternatives are identified. Services are anticipated at C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center in Bay Pines, FL, and Lee County VA Healthcare Center in Cape Coral, FL, with an anticipated service commencement date of January 1, 2027, and a possible base period plus option periods.
