The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, is conducting market research for on-site ultrasound guidance and/or turnkey ultrasound equipment support during transperineal prostate biopsies and related urologic procedures at the Orlando VA Medical Center (13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827) and Lake Baldwin Outpatient Clinic (5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803). The anticipated period of performance is 02/01/2027 through 01/31/2032, consisting of one base year and four one-year option periods. Contractor ultrasound technicians must be ARDMS certified, maintain BLS/ACLS or equivalency, and complete VA credentialing/privileging before providing services, with acceptable substitutes required at no additional cost if credentials lapse. Interested firms must be SAM-registered and should submit a capability statement covering point of contact, company address, UEI, socioeconomic status, recruiting/retention plan, and continuity plan; SDVOSB/VOSB firms must be certified through the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification site. This is a sources-sought notice for planning purposes only, not a request for quotations, and the VA will not pay for information received.
