The VA Caribbean Healthcare System in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is conducting market research via a Sources Sought Notice to identify qualified Small Business concerns for preventive and corrective maintenance of 20 Phoenix Hemodialysis Machines and two PrismaFlex CRRT Units. The required services cover PM/CM for these hemodialysis and CRRT systems. Vendors must submit a current OEM authorization letter from Baxter/Vantive explicitly permitting service on Phoenix and PrismaFlex systems, plus OEM-issued technician certifications; missing documentation results in an automatic NOT CAPABLE determination. Responses should include general company information, company overview, relevant experience, technical capability, emergency response capability, and parts/supply chain information.
