This Sources Sought is for market research to determine whether an SDVOSB set-aside is feasible for an annual rental contract for seasonal holiday decorations, structured as a firm-fixed-price base year plus four one-year options. Performance locations include the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System main campus/VA Regional Office in Bay Pines, FL, the Lee County Healthcare Center in Cape Coral, FL, and other listed VA CBOC distribution/pick-up sites. The period of performance runs from 11/15/2026 through 11/14/2031, with decorations required in November 2026 and installed no later than one week before Thanksgiving and removed no later than one week after New Year’s Day. Vendors must provide project management, design, delivery, installation, removal, and storage of decorations; a site visit is highly recommended, and a kickoff meeting must occur within 10 days of task order issuance.
