Chemistry CPRR with Laboratory Automation System IDIQ
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a single, competitive IDIQ contract for a fully integrated chemistry and immunochemistry laboratory automation system, including equipment, reagents, software, installation, and maintenance, with a cost-per-reportable-result pricing structure. The system will support the clinical laboratory at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System and must integrate with existing laboratory information systems and third-party instrumentation. The contract will have a five-year ordering period, a guaranteed minimum of $15,000, and a maximum aggregate ceiling of $45,000,000. Award will be made using a best-value tradeoff process where technical capability and past performance are significantly more important than price. Interested offerors must monitor SAM.gov for the solicitation and amendments.
