The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award an IDIQ contract for onsite Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Services in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with a period of performance from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. The contract requires a minimum of two Board Certified/Eligible surgeons to provide a full range of surgical services, including specific weekly on-site and on-call coverage schedules. One surgeon must be on-site Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00am to 3:30pm, while the other provides 24-hour on-call coverage on a rotating schedule for emergencies.
