This is a pre-solicitation notice for a design-build construction project to connect reclaim water at the Lake Baldwin Campus for the VA. The work will be performed at the Orlando VA Healthcare System in Orlando, Florida. The estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000, with a target completion period of 632 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will use a trade-off source selection process for best value and will be issued on or about December 30, 2025. Interested firms must be registered in SAM.gov, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses must be verified in the VetCert system.
