PROJECT TITLE: Bid Build (BB) Install Temp Shoring in Crawl Space at Building 1 (Structural Repairs), Project No. 516-23-604 CONTRACT TYPE: Bid Build (BB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: Bid-Build project to provide structural repairs of critical areas in the crawl and basement space of Building 1. Repairs, temporary shoring during construction and special inspections from a Florida PE Certified Special Inspector are required for this project. Project is located at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center, 10000 Bay Pines Boulevard, Bay Pines, FL 33744. Period of performance is 90 days from Notice to Proceed.
