General Description: The primary objective of this procurement is to climatize the south half of Building 78, which is used for the storage of furnishings and other items managed by the Environmental Management Service (EMS) at the hospital. The Contractor will provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, and certain other items as described in the statement of work. The magnitude of construction is: Between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about November 28, 2025.
