The amendment answers vendor questions for a biofeedback training requirement involving seven clinicians. The contractor’s didactic training must be the mechanism through which participants become eligible for BCIA Biofeedback certification. The quote must include HeartMath Coherence Advantage registration and certification fees for all seven clinicians, who have not previously registered for or completed that certification or related HeartMath coursework/training. The clinicians are not expected to serve as VA internal trainers or independent HeartMath trainers after certification. This is a new procurement for a one-time service, and all associated communications/documentation must be in English.
