This amendment provides questions and answers via attachment. The Bay Pines VA Medical Healthcare System has a requirement for two Street Debris Blowers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services under Part 12, and it constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued.
