The BPA will have a 5-year period, with individual calls ordering two-hour workshop sessions that support ten Veterans each; specific quantities and details will be defined per call. Interested SDVOSB firms must express interest to be considered for the solicitation, which will only be issued directly to verified, interested vendors via email. Performance of services will take place at facilities within the VA Caribbean Healthcare System. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price at the BPA Call level.
