The Government intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to AMST-SMIT by Kentucky Trailer for the restoration, repair, and sanitization of a CT Scan Trailer. The services must be performed at the VA Lee County Health Care Clinic to restore the trailer to manufacturer standards. The justification is that AMST-SMIT is asserted to be the only OEM-authorized and certified service provider for these specific mobile medical units. Interested parties may submit evidence of their capability to perform as an authorized provider for consideration. The Government will use any responses to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement instead.
