R614--Document Destruction - NF/SG VHS

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)
Notice ID:36C24826Q0460

This amendment extends the offer due date and provides clarifications through a Q&A. The Government will consider offers from Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) prime contractors using subcontractors, provided the prime performs at least 50% of the personnel costs and remains responsible. Required NAID AAA certification can be held by the subcontractor performing the on-site destruction services. For the Waycross VA Outreach Clinic, the service frequency is set at every six weeks, and offerors must base their pricing on this. Pricing is to be entered only in the subCLINs, which represent the total monthly cost for all services at each location, while the primary CLINs are for informational purposes only.
