Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This amendment provides the Government's responses to vendor questions and clarifies aspects of the solicitation without changing the closing date. The Government states that all drawings and prior inspection documents for fire and smoke damper repair will be made available only after the contract is awarded. The quantities of dampers for the specified buildings are listed within the Performance Work Statement. Except for these clarifications, all other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Fire and Smoke Damper Inspection, Testing, Documentation, and Minor Corrective Maintenance Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The period of performance is from the date of award through September 30, 2026. The work will be performed at the Lake City VA Medical Center in Florida. This acquisition is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Award will be based on a best-value evaluation of technical capability, past performance, and price.
