This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract for the maintenance and repair of specific laboratory equipment. The services will be performed at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa, Florida. The period of performance for the ViiA7 system is from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2031, and for the Quantstudio equipment from April 1, 2026, to January 31, 2031. The contract is intended for Life Technologies Corporation dba Invitrogen, which the government has determined is the only reasonably available source to provide this service. The contractor must furnish all labor, transportation, and parts for full service, including preventive maintenance.
