This amendment does not change the closing date unless specifically stated herein. CHANGES TO THE SOLICITATION 1. Questions and Answers The Government s responses to vendor questions are provided below. These responses are hereby incorporated into the solicitation and shall be considered part of the solicitation requirements. SOLICITATION REMAINS UNCHANGED Except as specifically modified by this amendment, all other terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements of the solicitation remain unchanged.
