The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) has a requirement for Exhaust Hoods and Ductwork Cleaning Services at the Ponce Outpatient Clinic (POPC). Services will include monthly cleaning of kitchen exhaust hoods, and quarterly cleaning of the ductwork connected to such hoods. The Contractor shall be prepared to work and have resources (labor, materials and equipment) necessary to complete the above-mentioned tasks. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement will be 561790 (Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings), and the Product Service Code (PSC) will be J041 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment- Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement with sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement.
