The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify capable sources for providing wayfinding signage at the Lake Baldwin and Lakemont facilities in Orlando, Florida. This is a sources sought notice only and is not a solicitation or commitment to award a contract. Interested contractors must demonstrate their capabilities by submitting clear documentation as outlined in Attachment A. Responses are due via email by 2:00 PM EST on January 09, 2026. The anticipated NAICS code is 339950 with a size standard of 500 employees.

This is a pre-solicitation for wayfinding signage at the Orlando VA Healthcare System Lake Baldwin Clinic and Lakemont Admin Building in Orlando, Florida. The performance period is anticipated to run from March 1, 2026, through February 27, 2030, with four additional 12-month option periods. The Request for Quotation may be set aside entirely for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Veteran-Owned, or other Small Businesses. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type, and the solicitation is anticipated to be posted on or about January 16, 2026. Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov.
