GENERAL: James A Haley VA Hospital, 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd. FL. 33612, has a requirement for Storage system for Urology Storeroom at the James A Haley VA Hospital in Tampa FL. BACKGROUND: The original shelving and storage in the Urology department were destroyed by a water leak. The Urology department requires that all destroyed shelving be replaced to properly maintain supplies and ensure an accurate inventory. SCOPE: The Urology Department requires the installation of shelving in the newly renovated supply room. The supply room is 123 square feet. The contractor is expected to complete the following tasks: Deliver all necessary equipment for the shelving installation. Conduct the installation process in accordance with the specified requirements. Remove all rubbish and debris from the area post-installation.
