It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the Treatment Planning Software for Radiation Oncology, ClearCheck Radiotherapy Treatment Plan Evaluation Software, an FDA 510(k) cleared radiotherapy treatment plan evaluation software designed to automate the complex process of reviewing and documenting radiation therapy plans, aiming to increase efficiency, ensure consistency, and enhance patient safety in clinical workflows that can meet the agency s needs. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 513210 (Software Publishers) and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 7A20 [(T and Telcom Application Development Software (Perpetual License Software)]. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to fulfill a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO 08- is conducting a market research survey to identify potential qualified sources capable of providing Radformation ClearCheck at a firm fixed price for Bay Pines VA Healthcare System for a period of performance of base plus 4 option years. Radformation's ClearCheck is a software tool designed to enhance the quality assurance process in radiation oncology. It is used to streamline and automate plan checks, ensuring that radiation treatment plans meet clinical and regulatory guidelines. The software must fully integrate with existing Eclipse Treatment Planning System, must be able to seamlessly integrate with different versions of Eclipse (e.g., 13.7, 15 and 16), must be Windows 11 compatible, and must automatically perform verification of treatment objectives and constraints for the investigated treatment plans.
