SCOPE: The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to remove three (3) existing electric steam boilers and install three (3) new stainless steel electric steam boilers at the Lee County VA Healthcare Center, Cape Coral, FL.All work shall comply with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR), OSHA, NFPA, and VA Technical Information Library (TIL) standards location 2489 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL 33909 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Demolition and Removal Remove three (3) existing Sussman Model ESB-180 steel electric steam boilers and all associated piping, controls, and electrical components. Ensure all removals are conducted safely and in accordance with federal disposal and VA environmental compliance standards. EQUIPMENT SUPPLY: Provide three (3) new Sussman Model SSB-180kW Electric Steam Boilers with stainless steel wetted components. Each boiler shall meet the following specifications: Output: 542 lbs/hr @ 212°F Operating Pressure: 80 psi MAWP: 100 psi Power: 460V / 3-Phase / 60Hz Certifications: ASME Section I, UL Listed, CSD-1 Compliant
