This procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127. SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLE VETERANS OWNED SMALL BUSINESS(SDVOSB) This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation notice. A request for proposal will be posted on or about October 15, 2025. Project # 516-CSI-142 BB ED CT REPLACEMENT BUILDING 100, at the BAY PINES VAMC, located at 10000 Bay Pines Blvd Bldg. 24, 3rd Floor Bay Pines, FL 33744, RFQ # 36C24826Q0004. THE BID/BUILD CONTRACT SHALL provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to construct approximately 790 SF addition to Bldg. 100 for the ED CT Replacement in accordance with plans and specifications. This will include but not limited to; removal and replacement of CT scanner equipment in room 1E-210 and associated support spaces, to be renamed suite 1E222. The space is in Area H between E-F & 6-8. As the area serving the CT scanner will be increasing, additional lead lined walls will be required. The gantry and patient table will be supported directly by the 1st floor, while other ceiling hung equipment will need to be structurally supported to the 1st floor interstitial framing. (See attached SOW, specifications and drawings) The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45M. The FAR 36.204 magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. All businesses desiring to be considered must be registered with SAM.gov prior to contract award, during contract period of performance, and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. Business size and NAICS will be verified at Small Business Search (https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ ).
