General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO8) has a requirement for construction services for project titled Construct Bariatric Bathrooms at Community Living Center and South Bed Towers at VA Caribbean Healthcare System San Juan, PR. The project shall be accomplished per construction drawings and technical specifications. Contractor period of performance shall be 365 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The magnitude of construction is: Between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000, in accordance with Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulation 836.204 (f)(1). The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about July 9, 2025. All information for this solicitation will be posted at SAM.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.GOV and must be certified SDVOSB and verified in SBA s VetCert program database (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) or in SBA Dynamic Small Business Search database, before the solicitation due date.
