The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, North Florida / South Georgia Veterans System, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO8) has a requirement for construction services for project titled Renovate Common Area Restrooms. This project will renovate, as required, the existing public restrooms throughout the Basement and First Floor of Building 1, E-Wing and ACA, as well as the First Floor of Building 12 at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, FL. Contractor period of performance shall be 730 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

The magnitude of construction is: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulation 836.204 (f)(2). The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about June 18, 2025. All information for this solicitation will be posted at SAM.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.GOV and must be certified SDVOSB and verified in SBA s VetCert program database (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) before the solicitation due date.
