SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLE VETERANS OWNED SMALL BUSINESS(SDVOSB): This solicitation is being issued as a Set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation notice. A request for proposal will be posted on or about the end of June 2025. project # 673-21-154 BB UPGRADE BUILDING ONE SANITARY RISER, at the James A Haley Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612, RFP # XXXXX. The Bid/Build contract shall replace and upgrade the existing Sanitary Riser #5 in building one at the James A. Haley VAMC, as required by drawings and specifications included in this acquisition package. (See attached SOW, specifications and drawings) The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45M. The VAAR 836.204 magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. This project will be Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside, as stated above. The project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. All businesses desiring to be considered, must be registered with SAM.gov prior to contract award, during contract period of performance, and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. Business size and NAICS will be verified at SBA/ Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) https://dsbs.sba.gov. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No contract shall be awarded from this pre-solicitation notice. The request for proposal (RFP) with SPECs and further details will be published after the closing of the synopsis.
