Haley VA Hospital, Tampa, FL 33612, R... THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE. A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT June 13, 2025. BB Renovate Pharmacy Hood Ductwork, Project 673-23-115, James A. Haley VA Hospital, Tampa, FL 33612, RFP # 36C24825R0112. The Bid /Build contract shall renovate the 5th floor south wing of building one at the James A. Haley VA Hospital, as required by the drawings and specifications included in this acquisition package. (See Attached SOW and documents). The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $19M. The FAR 36.204 magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,00.00. The project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. All businesses desiring to be considered, must be registered with SAM.gov prior to contract award, during contract period of performance, and must continue to remain registered through the final invoice payment. Business size and NAICS will be verified at Veteran Small Business Certification (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov). The Contracting Officer for this project will be Amy Shaw.
