Change the RFP, SF1449. Provide RFP questions and answers. Provide the Site Visit Attendance Sheet. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS): Make the below PWS changes replace the original SECT D, ATTACHMENT 1, PERFOMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS), dated 05/09/25 with AMEND 0001 ATTACH 1, SECT D, PWS, dated 05/28/25. Below is an overall summary of the PWS changes: PARA 1.9.1, A.3, PROJECT MANAGER (PM): CHANGE FROM: "The PM shall be present and on-site, and available during normal duty hours. CHANGE TO READ: "The PM shall be available during normal duty hours. PARA 3.1, OVERVIEW: CHANGE FROM: "The solid waste shall be disposed of in accordance with the Hillsborough County Solid Waste Ordinances by Contractors with an authorized Hillsborough County Franchise Agreement. CHANGE TO READ: The solid waste shall be disposed of in accordance with the Hillsborough County Solid Waste Ordinances by Contractors or Subcontractors with an authorized Hillsborough County Franchise Agreement.
