Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 PROJECT TITLE: Design Build (DB) Replace Fisher House Site Prep, Project No. 548-CSI-144 CONTRACT TYPE: Design Build (DB), Firm Fixed Price PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: Design-Build project for the site preparation of approximately 1 acre of land for a future Fisher House construction. The design and construction for the site development includes, but is not limited to, permits, demolition, excavation, topographic survey, temporary and permanent utilities design and connections (e.g., power, potable water, wastewater, stormwater, and IT, among others), site coordination, and any other associated work. Project is located at the West Palm Beach VAMC, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410. Period of performance is 270 days from Notice to Proceed.
