This project will upgrade all the wall and floor finishes and replace all existing handrails and wall protection of the Community Living Center (CLC) 1st and 2nd floors (excluding bathrooms, utility r... This project will upgrade all the wall and floor finishes and replace all existing handrails and wall protection of the Community Living Center (CLC) 1st and 2nd floors (excluding bathrooms, utility rooms, and Geriatric Research, Education, and Clinical Center (GRECC) administrative area on the 2nd floor). This project will also include repairing or replacing any damaged ceiling tiles, replacing the flooring on the elevators, replacing the built-in lockers in the resident’s rooms, replacing the existing Nurse Station on both floors, and repainting/refinishing all doors and door frames (some doors and frames may need to be replaced). All new interior finishes provided shall meet VA Design Guidelines Criteria.
