The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Trilla Med, LLC of Bingham Farms, MI to provide Waya Health Software subscription, Hotspots, and Data Plan for the Orlando VA Medical Center (VAMC) at Lake Nona in Orlando, FL. NCO 8 anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Priced purchase order with a Base plus 4 option years. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 513210 and the Small Business Administration size standard is $47.0 Million. The current Federal Acquisition Circular is 2025-05, 08/07/2025. The Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be honored. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements it must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using products and services to provide Waya Health Software subscription, Hotspots, and Data Plan, to the Contracting Officer within ten (10) calendar days from the date of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement, show experience providing Waya Software License, Hotspots, and Data Plan for the Waya Health VR Headset. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete with the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, NCO 8 will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Trilla Med, LLC.
