The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) has a requirement for Facility Support Services at the Orlando VA Medical Center at Lake Nona. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed-Price type contract award with one (1) twelve (12) month base period plus four (4) twelve-month option periods. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available at Contract Opportunities website: https://beta.sam.gov on or about July 11, 2025. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541513 is $37 Million. An Offeror is required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation and at the time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.204-13, System for Award Management Maintenance. This includes maintaining SAM registration during performance and through final payment. To be eligible for an award as a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), an offeror must be registered and verified with the Small Business Administration Veteran Certification.
