The purpose of this amendment is to correct an administrative error in the Description section of Attachment 1. Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted under Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, June 11, 2025. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm fixed priced contract, providing for all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and transportation, to provide Cardiovascular Imaging Software.
