The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238210, with a related small business size standard of $19 million. The proposed action is for a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order, a Small Business set-aside solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on or about August 15th, 2025, via the SAM.gov website.
