This requirement is for a contractor to provide scheduled quarterly on-site testing services and unscheduled retesting services within seven (7) days of notification. This is a non-personnel services contract. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall have the technology and know-how to efficiently and effectively manage services in its entirety. Contractor shall have the capability to support testing quantity increases for unforeseen and/or unscheduled conditions.
