This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24825Q0758. Submit written quotes in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors outlined in this solicitation. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC_2025-04 / 06-11-2025. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 541380, Testing Laboratories, with a Size Standard of $16.5 Million, applies to this procurement. Bruce W. Carter, Miami VA Healthcare System intends to award a single firm fixed price contract, with base plus four (4) one-year options. This contract is for Thermometer and Pipette Calibration Service. This procurement is a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award quoter must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of the close of the RFQ and at the time of award. 1.
