Due to an emergent and unforeseen clinical need, the requirement for the HLS equipment has escalated to an urgent procurement. The Government will proceed with an emergency acquisition directly with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in accordance with applicable statutory and regulatory authorities. No further quotes or proposals will be accepted under this solicitation. We thank all vendors for their interest in supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.
