Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources to provide a onetime service for the removal and disposal of three (3) Modular Buildings for the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) Lake Baldwin Clinic Campus. Place of Performance: Lake Baldwin OPC, 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803. Project scope: The contractor shall provide all necessary resources for the Removal and Disposal of Modular Building 506, 507 and 508. No longer needed at the facility. This will include the removal and disposal of the decks and ramps to and from the buildings. This will also include the removal and disposal of the Awnings and Over Hangs to and from the buildings. The modular buildings are to be transported off site and dispose of. The contractor should ensure all electrical lines, communications cables, water lines and sewer lines are disconnected from the buildings prior to their removal. This is a market research/sources sought synopsis only, (not a pre-solicitation notices pursuant to FAR Part 5). This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for planning/information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey. This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10. Capability statements shall include the following business information: UEI number, business name, and address. Point of Contact (Including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address) Business size and NAICS for the acquisition Socio-economic status (e.g. SDVOSB, VOSB, 8a, HUBZone, WO, Small Business, etc.) Provide a narrative that addresses your firm s ability to provide the services describe herein.
