Downs, Tampa, Fl. 33612 is issuing sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this brand name-only requirement for SRS MapCheck, ArcCheck, Plan IQ, IC Profiler, 3D scanner, PC Electrometer and 1D Scanning software module manufactured by Sun Nuclear Corp. SRS Map Check, Arc Check, Plan IQ, and IC Profiler include: Remote applications support Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm EST 24x7 website access for customer download of information 15- 30-minute initial response Monday Friday 8 am 5 pm EST Firm ware Updates as upon new releases of software Maintenance and repair to include parts and labor (not including negligence) 24/48 Loaner at no additional charge (subject to availability of stock) One (1) annual onsite manufacturer preventative maintenance schedule. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. An authorization letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is required and must be submitted with all other supporting documents. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) must be verified and certified in SB DSBS.
