The procurement is for Dynamic Air Filters for the current Dynamic Air Quality Solutions HVAC system at the Lee County VA Medical Center located at 2489 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL 33909. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide Brand Name Only Dynamic Air Filters may give written notice to peter.hernandez2@va.gov by 4:00PM EST on March 24, 2025. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
