Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL 33744 has a need to purchase Black Belt Surgical Instrument Set, (Brand Name or Equal), as listed on Attachment 1 (Statement of Need). The RFQ # is 36C24825Q0434. This solicitation RFQ, and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02 (01-03-2025). The solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 339112; the size standard is 1,000 Employees. Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in sba.gov to be considered for Award. Bill Young VAMC (CWYVAMC). Background The CWYVAMC Sterile Processing Service (SPS) needs a second set of Surgical Direct BB Retractor Spine set (Brand Name or Equal). Currently, we only have one BB Retractor Spine set which means we do not have any stand-by sets when we have 2 spine cases, and/or a stand-by set if the first set was to get contaminated. A Black Belt Retractor system is used during anterior and posterior cervical (spine) surgery to hold open incisions, hold back tissues or other objects, and allow access to areas around the spine. Place of Performance The product is requested to be delivered to Sterile Processing Service at the CWYVAMC, located at 10000 Bay Pines Boulevard, Bay Pines, FL 33744.
